Cancellation form

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party you name, receives the goods.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement, either by email to support@lysby.com or by completing the model form below and sending it to the same address. Using the form is optional.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you, or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
