Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then typically takes a further 5 to 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are 6 to 12 working days from the date you place your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders to the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery delays

In rare cases (high demand periods, weather conditions, or carrier delays), delivery may take longer than estimated. We'll email you if there's a significant delay.

Order not received

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us at support@lysby.com with your order number and we'll either arrange redelivery or refund you in full.
