1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern all orders placed on lysby.com (the "Site"), operated by Lysby. By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, contact us at support@lysby.com.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Ordering

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. An order is placed by adding products to your basket, entering your delivery and payment details, and confirming payment at checkout. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and Lysby is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of a product. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and is processed securely by Shopify Payments or PayPal. We never have access to your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are 6 to 12 working days from the date you place your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery estimates are given in good faith; where a delay occurs we will keep you informed. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, contact us at support@lysby.com and we will either arrange redelivery or refund you in full.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

5. Right to cancel (14 days)

As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@lysby.com within that period. The full procedure, including how returns and refunds are handled, is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@lysby.com with your order number and photos of the item received. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled, depending on the circumstances, to a repair, a replacement, or a refund. This is in addition to, not instead of, your 14-day right to cancel.

7. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur, in particular due to screen settings. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.

9. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version published on the Site at the time you place the order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We will always try to resolve any issue amicably first: write to us at support@lysby.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may bring proceedings before the competent courts. As a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of the country in which you live.
