What is the cooking surface made of?

The cooking surface is pure titanium, hammered into a fine textured pattern. There is no chemical coating on top: no PFAS, no PFOA, nothing to flake into your food.

The Torva Pan is compatible with induction hobs.

Dishwasher safe. For everyday care, warm water and a sponge are enough; let it dry before storing.

Yes. The Torva Pan is oven safe up to 240 °C, so you can start on the hob and finish in the oven.
